In this chapter we will discuss the forms of ethnocentrism and dealing with ethnocentric perception. Ethnocentrism is the tendency to evaluate another culture or group from the perspective of our own culture.
Ethnocentrism and 'Eurocentrism' refer to deep-rooted imprints and our dealing with them. A typology will help you reflect on attitudes and to prepare intercultural learning.
